NOTE: AMENDMENT 0001 has been posted to the WAWF PIEE website as of 21 April 2020 and all proposals shall be submitted via PIEE. However, due to a connectivity failure, this notice is being posted to SAMbeta to ensure complete notification of the Amendment 0001 posting. In addition, the Government's responses to the submitted solicitation questions is concurrently posted with Amendment 0001.

NOTE: AMENDMENT 0002 has been posted to the WAWF PIEE website as of 28 April 2020 and all proposals shall be submitted via PIEE. However, due to a connectivity failure, this notice is being posted to SAMbeta to ensure complete notification of the Amendment 0002 posting.

NOTE: AMENDMENT 0003 has been posted to the WAWF PIEE website as of 5 May 2020 and all proposals shall be submitted via PIEE. However, due to a connectivity failure, this notice is being posted to SAMbeta to ensure complete notification of the Amendment 0003 posting. It is also noted a typo correction has been made to the courtesy SAM.beta posting to revise the proposal submission time from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM 11 May 2020.

The Strategic Systems Programs office requires level of effort support services for strategic analysis and research, exercise development and staffing, and program management support for the Naval Treaty Implementation Program (NTIP) for FY21-FY25 (i.e. Base Year FY21 and four one year Option periods).

Offerors shall submit proposals electronically via the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) (www.waw.eb.mil) Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module accessed at https://wawf.eb.mil/xhtml/auth/home/home.xhtml. In order for interested offerors to submit a proposal, they must register and establish a vendor account in the WAWF / PIEE system.
