Description

This requirement is for services to Assess instructional staff and provide insight and analysis of individual strengths and weaknesses pertaining to emotional intelligence for professional growth and to Conduct Professional Development (PRODEV) Courses of Instruction (COI) designed to provide recognition of emotional intelligence components, how to apply said components, and pathways to develop skills for NSW instructors and leaders within the NSWCEN enterprise.

Background
The Naval Special Warfare Center (NSWCEN) Commander aims to ensure all instructors receive professional training in relation to Special Operations Forces (SOF) learning environments to ensure optimum training value across the NSWCEN enterprise. The high level of professionalism expected of NSW instructors requires individual assessment and training in recognizing emotional factors that may influence candidates, students, peers, and leaders they interact with.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide executive coaching support to assess instructional staff and provide insight and analysis of individual strengths and weaknesses pertaining to emotional intelligence for professional growth. Additionally, the contractor is tasked with conducting Professional Development (PRODEV) Courses of Instruction (COI) designed to provide recognition of emotional intelligence components, how to apply said components, and pathways to develop skills for NSW instructors and leaders within the NSWCEN enterprise.

The scope includes providing personnel, management, materials, and equipment necessary to assess and train NSWCEN instructors and leaders in emotional intelligence attributes as they apply to the SOF learning environment. Specific requirements include individual assessments for each instructor, identification and analysis of emotional intelligence core components, conducting COI using Multi-Health Systems (MHS) Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0 (EQ-I 2.0) assessment, providing administrative support, possessing excellent work ethic, verbal and written communication skills, participating in a Post-Award Conference, exhibiting professional conduct and complying with all applicable Federal, DoD, Navy and United Special Operation Command regulations, instructions, directives, and policies.

Place of Performance
Training shall be conducted in San Diego, CA metropolitan area and Virginia Beach, VA area.
