NSW SE CUSTOM CURRICULUM FOR PILOT/OPERATOR COURSE

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Insitu Inc. for a firm-fixed price delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-12-G-0008 for the procurement of: (a) Technical Data Package)/Technical Data Source Material used for Naval Special Warfare (NSW) ScanEagle (SE) custom curriculum development; (b) NSW SE Custom Training Conduct Support Package - Pilot/Operator Course Materials (Lesson Plan, Trainee Guides, Computer Aided Instruction, Tests and Interactive Courseware;; (c) NSW SE Custom Training Conduct Support Package - Pilot/Operator Course Materials (Lesson Plan, Trainee Guides, Computer Aided Instruction, Tests and Interactive Courseware Updates; (d) cost associated with travel and lodging in accordance with Government Joint Travel Rates; (e) periodically updated course materials; and (f) Training Conduct Support Package-Pilot/Operator Course Materials (Lesson Plan, Trainee Guides, Computer Aided Instruction, Tests and Interactive Courseware). A determination by the Government not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis is published for information purposes only. Insitu, Inc is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the NSW ScanEagle, and as such, is the only known source available with the requisite technical knowledge, experience and tooling to produce the requirements described herein, in order to satisfy the government's requirement. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for the supplies anticipated needed herein is 541330.
