Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for non-personal services to obtain contractor personnel support in order to properly physically train and mentally prepare Sea, Air, and Land (SEAL) and Special Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewman (SWCC) candidates for successful completion of their respective selection programs at the NSW Preparatory Course in Great Lakes, IL.

The Government hereby issues solicitation H92240-20-R-0004 as an 8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8). Eligble 8(a) firms interested in submitting a proposal in response to the Government's solicitation are encouraged to review the soliciation document and all associated attachments.

Questions regarding this requirement shall be submitted using Attachment 7 - Question Template no later than 17 April 2020 at 12:00 PM Pacific time. Questions submitted separately from this sheet may not be answered.

RFP AMENDMENT 01:

The purpose of this amendment (01) is to provide a revised Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement_Amendment 1 AND a revised FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors. Amendment 1 changes in both documents are reflected in Red Text. The Government has also provided Questions & Answers (Q&A) spreadsheet dated 23 Apr 2020. Background

Work Details
The solicitation is for NSW Preparatory Course Training and Support Services. The services include training and support for various roles such as Course Manager, Lead Physical Training Instructor, Physical Training Instructors for Water/Swim, Run, Strength, Rehab, Administrative Assistant, Statistician, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Paramedic, Logistics Management Specialist, and Transportation Specialist.
