Background
The service will provide mobile campers/trailers to BTC 3rd Phase during the Land Navigation course of instruction located in Wooded Hill Campground within the Cleveland National Forest, Laguna Recreation Area, with Alternate/Secondary Location Camp Pendleton, California. The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of a five (5) year ordering period on a Firm Fixed-Price basis. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and Subpart 13. This acquisition will utilize a 100% Small Business Set-aside.

Work Details
The objective of this requirement is to provide Instructors and supporting personnel a reliable base camp during Navigation instruction operations. The Contractor shall provide a mobile camper/travel trailer with amenities and services including providing travel trailers NLT 30 ft, NTE 40 FEET IN LENGTH with minimum of 3 beds desired per unit for 4 nights and 5 days, placement of trailer/campers shall occur NLT 1200 PST on the designated Monday, and removed NLT 1200 PST on the following Saturday.
Each Camper/Trailer shall contain a minimum of 1 (one) Interior Closed Shower desired and plumbing to support. Camper/Trailer shall be placed with full Potable Water tank, empty Gray Water tank, empty Black Water tank, and kitchen area with a sink, small refrigerator, stove top, and microwave is required.

Period of Performance
Period of Performance (PoP) is five (5) years; within this PoP are five (5) Ordering Periods.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Wooded Hill Campground within the Cleveland National Forest, Laguna Recreation Area, with Alternate/Secondary Location Camp Pendleton, California.
