Background
The contract is for a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) and Design-Build (DB) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB), Cuba, Area of Responsibility (AOR). The construction projects will primarily consist of general building type projects including industrial, airfield, aircraft hangar, aircraft traffic control, infrastructure, administrative, training, dormitory, and community support facilities for Department of Defense (DoD) activities within the NSGB AOR.

Work Details
The construction projects will include general building type projects such as new construction, renovation, alteration, demolition, and repair work. The projects may require single discipline or multi-discipline design services and may include 100% construction performance specifications. Projects may be based on design-build, modified design-build or full plans and specifications format and may also require comprehensive interior design and incorporation of sustainable features.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a five-year ordering period with task orders being firm-fixed-priced. Task orders are expected to be in the range of $250,000 to $25,000,000 per order.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB), Cuba.
