NOTE: Ebuy posting RFQ1410996 is *NOT* a new solicitation but is a reissuance of Ebuy posting RFQ1407464 for solicitation number 1331L520R13OS0002. The reissuance is required in order to transmit Amendment A004 to the solicitation which provides an updated Attachment 4, Price Schedule for offeror completion and to update related delivery instructions as described in the amendment continuation page. Offerors are required to respond to amendment A004 in order for their proposal to be considered responsive to solicitation 1331L520R13OS0002 as originally posted in RFQ1407464 and to be eligible for evaluation and award. Please also note that offerors are required to provide an *EMAIL ONLY* response to this reissuance as described in Amendment A004. Delivery of a hard copy response to Amendment A004 is *NOT* required. ***********Original Solicitation Description*********** This Task Order Proposal Request (TOPR) solicits proposals for National Security Solution and Services (NS3) Operations Support for the Department of Commerce, Office of the Chief Information Officer. Fulfillment of this requirement will require the prime contractor to have and maintain a Top Secret Facility Clearance (TS-FCL) with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). The Facility Clearance must be possessed and be current at the time of proposal submission. Any proposal that is submitted by a contractor that does not hold a TS-FCL will not be considered for award.
