CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION IDIQ JOB ORDER CONTRACT FOR NRDE COMMANDS AT NAS PATUXENT RIVER, NSF INDIAN HEAD AND NSF DAHLGREN. The Government has a NEW Requirement for a Civil Construction Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for civil construction projects and related services valued between $2,000 and $1,000,000 for the Naval Research and Development Establishment (NRDE) supported Commands at the Naval Air Station Patuxent River and Naval Support Facility Indian Head, MD; and Naval Support Facility Dahlgren, VA. The solicitation will result in a single award of a Civil Construction IDIQ JOC contract. The period of performance is for a one year base, and four 1-year option periods. The estimated maximum value for all periods is $30M. This procurement is set-aside for eligible 8(a) Small Disadvantaged businesses under WMADO SBA Requirement Number PN1651688698U.
