Background
The NR-ARD-07 GPMP Network Operations IDIQ contract is issued by the National Park Service (NPS) under the Department of the Interior. The mission of this contract is to provide comprehensive network operations support, including technical services and data management, to enhance air quality monitoring across various national parks. The goal is to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of monitoring stations and data processing services critical for environmental assessments.

Work Details
The contract consists of multiple tasks divided into five ordering periods from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2030. Key tasks include:

1. Technical Support Services for Network Operations.
2. Optional Station Maintenance and Calibration Visits at primary and additional sites.
3. Purchase, warehouse, and use of replacement parts.
4. Data Acquisition, Management & Archive.
5. Data Processing and Validation.
6. Data Reporting and Communications.
7. Urgent Service requests as needed.
8. Installation and decommissioning of monitoring stations.
9. Fabrication, Testing, and Installation of Portable Ozone Monitoring Systems (POMS).
10. Special studies related to air quality conditions and trends across various national parks including Yellowstone NP, Joshua Tree NP, Great Smoky Mountains NP, among others.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2030.

The work will be conducted at various locations including national parks such as Yellowstone National Park, Joshua Tree National Park, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and others.
