Work Details
The contractor will provide maintenance services for the Potable Water Analytic System, which includes:

- Continuous monitoring of incoming water pressure, temperature, pH, hardness, and suspended & dissolved solids based on biocide type and level;
- Operations related to the Water Management Program;
- Maintenance and preventive maintenance services for water monitoring equipment;
- Validation testing for Sterile Processing Services (SPS);
- Web-based generation and management of real-time water monitoring data.

The services are required across various VA facilities including Acute Care Facilities, Community Living Centers (CLCs), Domiciliary Quarters, Fisher House residences, Temporary Lodging Facilities, Fire Stations, and other VA-owned buildings where individuals occupy these locations for extended periods.
