Description

The 45th Contracting Squadron intends to award a Sole-Source, Hybrid (Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, and Cost Reimbursable) contract extension to BAE Systems IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B), Only One Responsible Source. Quotes are not being requested, and a solicitation will not be posted. The additional contract period will permit the continuation of contract performance during property/inventory relocation and the source selection process.

This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. The Government intends to conduct sole source negotiations for increased contract requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334511- Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing.
