Description

IAW The FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) 3.6.1.3.5 Individual procurements may be noncompetitively awarded to SEDB (8(a)) vendors when the anticipated total value of the procurement (including all options) is less than $10 million under any North American Industry Classification System codes.

The support award is made in response to the FAA's Flight Program Fleet Modernization Program (FPFM) immediate need to acquire aircraft to support aviation safety training, flight inspections, research and development (R&D) and critical event response.
The award is an issue direct as an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements (ID/R) contract with a two-year base and three (3) one-year options.
