Description

Government Lease GS-04B-43415 is extended by Lease Amendment executed on 10.14.2021. The Amendment extends the Lease for one (1) year, from 2.04.2022 thru 2.03.2023. The annual rent of the original Lease and extension period is well below the Simplified Lease Acquisition Threshold (SLAT) and did not require public notice in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 5.202(a)(13)(i). The total contract value (including extension period) of the Lease is estimated at no more than $2,600,000.00.
