This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation No. 7571PS26Q00058 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Immunization Coverage Reporting & Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) Optimization Project Services.
