Notice of Intent: Web License Agreement

The United State Air Force intends to negotiate sole source with Unbound Medicine, 223 West Main Street, Charlottesville, VA 22902 for the following (but not limited to) license subscriptions: Harrison's Manual of Medicine, Clinical Evidence, CogniQ Pediatrics, and Unbound Central. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedure and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government intends to award a firm, fixed price contract. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A SOLICITATION FOR COMPETITION. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability. All inquiries received by the Government by 1400hrs. MST, 15 September 2015, will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
