This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement, however if there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before 3:00 PM, EST on 4 May 2022.

Background
The 87th Contracting Squadron intends to award a single source purchase order to Snap-on Industrial, under the authority of to procure ATC Smart Trailer for 305th Maintenance Group which will standardize the equipment throughout their Wing. The decision not to compete the proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the 87th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst.

Work Details
The scope of work includes furnishing a fully operational ATC smart trailer designed to provide a mobile and deployable CTK/workstation for performing inspections. The smart trailer has self-sustaining power for tools, computer, Wifi, HVAC, internal and external lighting. It is pre-stocked and able to be rapidly deployed loaded on C-5/C-17/C-130 aircraft. The Contractor is responsible for the trailer workmanship for 2 years. Tools and lockers are warrantied under Snap-on.

Period of Performance
Delivery should take place within approximately 3 months after purchase to 2201 Grissom Road JB MDL, NJ 0864. Delivery should take place between the hours of 0800-1600, Monday through Friday.

Place of Performance
The smart trailer should be delivered to 2201 Grissom Road JB MDL, NJ 0864. Delivery driver will be escorted to the flight line side of building 2201 to drop the trailer off by the CTK entrance.
