Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Zervina Phone Management System

The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) anticipates an award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to Zervina Technologies, LLC located at 210 Old Dairy Road, Suite B, Wilmington, NC 28405 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement.

The EOUSA United States Attorneys Offices (USAOs) requires Zervina phone management system maintenance on all Production and Lab instances of CPEMGR, ION, Music-On-Hold, CDR server, and all Zervina produced apps and tools. The anticipated period of performance is for 36 months (a base period and two (2) option years).

This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Maynard Minor, Contracting Officer, at Maynard.Minor@usdoj.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
