The Federal Maritime Commission), intends to solicit and award a contract toThomas Reuters Westlaw under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

Westlaw Edge proviides access to exclusive features and legal researchers with access to exclusive resources, proprietary tools, and technology. The anticipated period of performance is April 1, 2023 - March 31, 2028 (1 year base and 4 1-year options)
