Background
The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) is the Nation's federal health sciences university, dedicated to excellence in military medicine and public health. USUHS provides health professionals for the Department of Defense and the United States Public Health Service, focusing on military medicine, disaster medicine, and military medical readiness.

Located in Bethesda, MD, USUHS aims to deliver high-quality education programs in health sciences to individuals committed to serving in the Uniformed Services.

Work Details
USU intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Comspec International, Inc. for the Student Information System (SIS). The SIS currently in use at USU was developed by Comspec International, Inc. and is their exclusive intellectual property. No other company can provide the necessary service or support for maintaining this database. Comspec International, Inc. is identified as the sole supplier of the SIS required and is uniquely positioned to meet USU's needs.

The contract will be performed at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences located in Bethesda, MD.
