This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this
synopsis
is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a
Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to General Dynamics

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source

that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the
Government. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted

ONLY to joseph.s.bancod.civ@us.navy.mil by 26th Mar 2024, 06:00 AM Pacific Time (PT).
All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government for the
purpose of determining
whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not
to
compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the
discretion of the
Government.
