Description

The Uniformed Services University intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to CAE Healthcare, Inc. for (1), 12 month LearningSpace Matrix Warranty Plan. This warranty will support the LearningSpace Simulation Management Platform in USU's Clinical Simulation department. Refer to the attachments Notice of Intent to Sole Source for additional information.

Background
The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to CAE Healthcare, Inc. for a 12-month LearningSpace Matrix Warranty Plan. This warranty will support the LearningSpace Simulation Management Platform at the Val G Hemming Simulation Center.

Work Details
The contract requires one 12-month Learning Space Matrix Warranty Plan to support the Learning Space Management Platform at the Val G Hemming Simulation Center. The warranty includes updates to the Learning Space application, updates to the operating system of the server and additional installed applications by CAE Healthcare, nightly backup of textual data of the Learning Space database, response to server, camera, or audio outages, access to email and phone support during business hours, shipment of replacement components, and hardware support.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is 12 months.

The geographic location for performance is the Val G Hemming Simulation Center.
