N66001-26-Q-6070 Notice of Intent to Sole Source to ATT ENTERPRISES The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with ATT. The requirement is for the purchase of the following ATT shall provide deployment of a 5G Private Cellular Network. This includes the following tasks - Design and deploy In Building RAN with distributed antenna systems or small cells.- Install and configure PANE for secure traffic management and policy enforcement.- Deploy a standalone PCN Core supporting network slicing, QoS, and mobility management in a NIWC Pacific-provided facility- Integrate with existing government IT infrastructure and identity management systems.- Deliver operational training for government IT staff.- Provide 24/7 management and support of PCN. The above items include ATTs commercially available 5G Private Cellular Network and support. ATT is the only capable source who can provide the required services. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 517810 and the business size standard is $40,000,000.00.
