Notice of Intent to Sole Source: TCA_Kennel

This special notice serves as a notice of intent to award a single source requirement to CENTRAL PET LLC (2420 N Jackrabbit AVE, Tucson, Arizona 85745-1209) for kenneling throughout the Tucson Sector to maintain the best operational readiness for our Canine Teams. Contractor is required to fulfill government kenneling regulations and allows for 24 hour access.(required by the SOW).

This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by March 27, 2023 at 11:00pm Eastern time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any vendors who believe they can provide the services and can provide proof of ability to meet the requirements should email their company's capabilities information to the attention of Contracting Officer Christopher Patao by the required response date. Information submitted should fully support the company's capability to perform the farrier services required.
