Description

Please see the requirement description in the attached Notice of Intent.

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Strategic Acquisition Center – Frederick, MD (SAC-F), on behalf of the Office of Public and Intergovernmental Affairs (OPIA), intends to negotiate with Pathways 2 Solutions, Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), on a sole source basis, under procedures of 13.501(a)(1)(ii) and the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C.§ 3304(a)(5). The contract is for program support services to OPIA in its adherence to 38 United States Code (USC), Chapter 63, Sections 6302 and 6308 requiring the Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to prepare biennial outreach plans and reports concerning VA outreach activities.
