Notice of intent to sole source - Monaco System Upgrade - Chavez Housing

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Cannon AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Monaco Enterprises, Inc. CAGE: 32609 14820 E. Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, Washington 99216-2149. Monaco Enterprises Inc will provide Cannon with a Monaco Systems Upgrade to refresh the current systems in place on Chavez Family Housing - CAFB. This purchase will be made under FAR Part 12 commericial procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competiion as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The anticipated award date is 30 September 2022. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing thier ability to provide the products listed above. A determination by the Goverment not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information recieved will be considered solely for the purpose of detemining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
