Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to MergerMarket (US) LTD for renewal of Debtwire subscription licenses under Solicitation No. 16PBGC-24-Q-0010. Debtwire is an online web-based public records database service that delivers continuous access to information pertaining to leveraged finance news, analysis, and data of the leveraged loan and high-yield bond markets, from deal inception through the secondary markets in real time. MergerMarket's Debtwire was identified as the only product capable of satisfying all of PBGC's needs for this requirement.

This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Rather, this is a notice of intent to award sole source to MergerMarket (US) LTD. Interested parties may request further information (no later than December 5, 2023 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) by email to Dennis Johnson at Johnson.Dennis@pbgc.gov and Margaret Kroening at Kroening.Margaret@pbgc.gov.

A determination to compete the proposed procurement based upon the responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
