Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Laundry & Dry Cleaning Kodiak, Alaska

This notice is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a 15-day notification. The purpose of this notice is to announce the United States Coast Guard's intent to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price sole source purchase order with Quality Dry Cleaners and Laundromat, LLC at 116 Ole Johnson Ave, Kodiak, Alaska for the purpose of laundering and dry cleaning items in the Ready Crew Berthing and Flight Gear Issue.

The Government intends to negotiate solely with Quality Dry Cleaners and Laundromat, LLC. per FAR 13.106(b)(1), as no other source of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
