Background
This acquisition is for a base period of 12 months and four 12 month option periods. The contract is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source for providing subscriptions for seven users STATdx to Naval Hospital Jacksonville, located at 2080 Child Street, Jacksonville, FL 32214. The contractor shall be the authorized dealer, distributor, and/or the sole owner of the proposed sources of software/hardware and equipment such that the patent license and warranty of services could be provided by the vendor when requested. All software licensing, warranty, and services associated with the software/hardware and equipment shall be U.S. Patent Law.

Work Details
The subscription shall include various features such as diagnosis modules, expert differential diagnosis modules, imaging anatomy modules, patient cases, system-wide search through search bar by anatomy, global translation search capability in 49 different languages, RADTools valuable tools including calculators and tables for tumor staging and classifications. It should also provide online comprehensive radiology decision support as well as Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits to assist physicians with meeting licensure requirements and earning credentials.
Physicians should be provided with easily captured and tracked CME credit for queries completed in STATdx. Real-time updates of diagnostic content from leading radiology experts are also required.
