NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE GREENFEED STALL REPLACEMENT   2

Specifications for portable head stall bovine breath analyzer
Able to identify individual animals using radio frequency.
Able to dispense feed cubes from a refillable hopper.
Solar powered and able to mount on existing trailer with little modification.
Able to detect methane, carbon dioxide and oxygen in cattle breath.
Able to regulate and measure air flow through head stall.
Equipped with meteorological instruments to measure wind speed and wind direction.
Able to communicate via cellular modem.
This equipment is a replacement stall to the existing GreenFeed System from C-Lock Inc.
The stall must be compatible with the existing GreenFeed System/equipment currently in place.

This posting is a NOTICE OF INTENT and is not a request for quotations or proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests for information will not be accepted. Potential sources who believe that they are capable of proving these supplies/services are invited to submit, in writing, substantiating documentation to the identified point of contact by no later than 15 days of the publication of this notice. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements. A determination by the Government to compete future actions based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
