Notice of Intent to Sole Source eCapture Annual Software Maintenance   2

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), hereby gives notice of their intent to award a Purchase Order to Ipro Tech, LLC, 1700 N Desert Dr., Suite 101, Tempe, AZ 85281-1228, on a sole source basis utilizing FAR Part 13.5. The resulting Purchase Order will be for a one-year Base Period plus four, one-year Option Periods. The OCC has a requirement for annual software maintenance and support for three, eCapture 5-License Bundle. Ipro Tech is the owner, manufacture, and sole source provider of support for the product. Technical support and annual software maintenance contracts are only available through Ipro Tech. Support is not available through a reseller or dealer network. eCapture is an essential tool that is used for processing data for use in Summation Pro. eCapture is a fully automated electronic evidence processing solution designed to perform electronic discovery, processing, and production tasks. It controls large, complex data sets by using eCapture to discover hundreds of different electronic file types in one application.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quote; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within the posted response date with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
