Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with G2K Labs, Inc., 8201 Greensboro Drive STE 405, McLean, VA for a modification to existing G2K Labs software.

In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed-priced (FFP) purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 12 "Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services". The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334290. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. All submissions should be submitted electronically to Nathan.J.Wright@dea.gov.

Background
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is seeking to negotiate a sole source procurement with G2K Labs, Inc. for a modification to existing G2K Labs software. The DEA's mission includes combating drug trafficking and associated crimes, and this contract aims to enhance the Judicial Wire Intercept Program (JWIP) in Lima. G2K Labs, as the original installer of the mediation systems at the Lima DEA Foreign JWIP location, possesses unique qualifications and proprietary rights necessary for ongoing support and modifications.

Work Details
The contract involves a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award to G2K Labs for enhancements to the current DEA Judicial Wire Intercept Program (JWIP). The enhancements will include:
- Upgrades to the latest operating system version for LIMA LI solutions.
- Updates to the latest LIMA software version and hardware.

The goal is to modernize the LIMA JWIP to improve judicial intercept capabilities and enhance investigations into drug production, trafficking, and related crimes such as money laundering. The total estimated value of this contract is $1,292,542.00 with no options.
