Description

Please see attached Cheminformatics Software PTAG 6.1.1 Synopsis.

Background
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has a requirement for contractor support for Cheminformatics Software. The USPTO's mission involves managing the nation's intellectual property system.
