Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Chaff and Flares Inserts

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:

The 437th Maintenance Squadron (437 MXS) at Joint Base Graham, South Carolina intends to award a sole source purchase order to Fourshare LLC [CAGE Code 9ZJ35), 6645 HOLDER RD CLEMMONS, NC 27012]. Fourshare LLC will be able to provide two hundred and seventy (270) M548 Chaff and Flare Inserts (Part Number: XP202303016-01) manufactured using specialized electrically conductive/anti-static polymer (Avient Stat-Tech AS-1000 AS Black) to meet strict electrostatic discharge (ESD) safety thresholds and exact physical flight configurations.

This purchase will be made under Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services IAW RFO 12.102(a) and Other Than Full and Open Competition, as authorized by RFO Part 6.103-1. The anticipated award date is 31 August 2026. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product listed above.

A determination by the government to not compete this requirement will be based on responses to this notice, and it is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
