Notice of Intent to Sole Source

In accordance with FAR 5.2, the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) hereby announces its intention to award a sole source, firm-fixed price, two-year purchase order to Bloomberg Financial L.P. for Anywhere Licenses and Open Terminal Subscription. - Customization for DFC’s specific needs, including custom worksheets for fixed income analysis.
- Cost-effective shared access model for agency-wide access.
