Notice of Intent to Sole Source - BAH

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), through its Office of Procurement, Acquisition and Logistics (OPAL) and the Strategic Acquisition Center - Frederick (SAC-F), intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. (BAH).

The HEFP Special Engineering Program (SEP) is responsible for managing nationally prioritized, high impact capital initiatives, including Electronic Health Record Modernization, Facility Recapitalization, and Targeted Infrastructure. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive project management support across SEP program initiatives while ensuring consistent enterprise-wide alignment.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive project management support across SEP program initiatives. This includes supporting Healthcare Environment Facilities Programs (HEFP) and Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Facility Infrastructure Deployment Management.

The contractor will assist in managing national priorities and ensuring continuity of services, with final decision-making authority retained by the Government.
