Background
The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet Authority) intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole source purchase order to the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions, Inc. (ATIS) for an annual organizational membership.

ATIS is recognized as the standards development organization responsible for creating and evolving wireless broadband technology standards applicable to the nationwide public safety broadband network. This membership includes participation in the Next G Alliance and ATIS's role as a North American organizational partner in the Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP).
