NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The National Archives and Records Administration intends to conduct negotiations on a sole source basis with The Crowley Company for software upgrades/maintenance (FAST FICHE and QUANTUM PROCESS software) and hardware maintenance and support for three (3) MACH 7 HS FICHE SCANNERS in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements , 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). The contract will be fixed priced with a one (1) year Base period and two (2) consecutive one (1) year options. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, pricing data and other information which shows a bona fide ability to meet this requirement within 15 calendar days of this notice. No contract award will be made on the basis of information received in response to this notice. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
