Notice of Intent to Single Source

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE

This is a special notice prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 5.2 - Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. The contracting office for this notice is the 772 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron/PKD, Tyndall AFB, FL 32403.

The 772 ESS intends to award a six month single source task order modification for industrial control system cybersecurity to General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc, headquartered at 101 Station Drive, Westwood, MA, 02090, United States. The authority for this noncompetitive award is FAR 6.302, Circumstances Permitting other than full and open competition. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541519. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $34M. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-02 effective 8 May 2023. The anticipated award date is unknown. The proposed contract action is Sole Source only.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the supplies required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating any offeror's capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
