Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) in Shiprock, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Travers Mechanical and Controls, LLC, for preventative maintenance and repair services for the chillers and cooling tower. The period of performance will be one year from the Date of Award.

The award will be a single-source procurement awarded to Travers Mechanical and Controls, LLC, per FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available based on urgency.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Travers Mechanical and Controls, LLC, may submit a capability statement via e-mail to Mr. Stephen Silversmith, Contract Specialist, at stephen.silversmith@ihs.gov by 1:00 PM MT on Friday, October 4, 2024.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents concerning any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
