General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: Pennsylvania

City: Harrisburg

Delineated Area: CBD of Harrisburg

"From Forster Street and Front Street, head south on Front Street. Head east on Paxton Street. Head north on Cameron Street. Head west on Herr Street. Head south on 7th Street. Head west on Forster Street, and return to Front Street."

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 33,026 sq. ft.

Space Type: Office

Full Term: 60 months (five years)

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Harrisburg, PA, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.

The contract involves leasing a minimum of 32,064 square feet and a maximum of 33,026 square feet of office space located within the Central Business District (CBD) of Harrisburg, PA. The delineated area for the lease is defined by the following route: starting from Forster Street and Front Street, heading south on Front Street, east on Paxton Street, north on Cameron Street, west on Herr Street, south on 7th Street, and returning west on Forster Street back to Front Street.

The offered space must comply with government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic standards, and sustainability. A fully serviced lease is required, and the offered space must not be located in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain.

Period of Performance
The full term of the lease is 60 months (five years).
