Description

See Attached Notice of Intent to Procure Annual Licensing and Maintenance for CMPRO.

Background
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Sole Source contract to Professional Systems Associates, Inc. for annual licensing and maintenance for CMPRO, a TDP Configuration Management and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool for TDP management. The contract is intended to support the modernization of JEDMICS and AVPLM functionality and provide NAVAIR users with the PLM capabilities required for TDP Management in acquisition and sustainment.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide CMPRO license renewal and maintenance for the CMPro web-based software, which is essential for the development of PLM capabilities for TDP management. The software will be used to modernize JEDMICS and AVPLM functionality and provide NAVAIR users with the necessary PLM capabilities for TDP Management in acquisition and sustainment. Additionally, the vendor shall process the invoice as delineated in the contract invoicing instructions for Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be from the date of award to 05.

Place of Performance
The place of performance will be at JEDMICS, Patuxent River, Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD.
