Notice of Intent to Negotiate a Non-Competitive Contract Modification

Background
The Economic Competitiveness Activity contract, currently held by Palladium International, LLC, is being modified by USAID/El Salvador to extend the period of performance by sixteen months and increase the Total Estimated Cost by $3,840,000.
