Description

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial Firm-Fixed-Price FAR 13 purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Hi-Test Laboratories, Inc. as authorized by the HUBZone Act of 1997-15 U.S.C.657a. .

This requirement is for NAVSEA certified MIL-S-901D heavyweight shipboard shock testing services for equipment that will be installed onboard USS vessels following testing. Shock testing services are available in a variety of levels.
A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising quality, accuracy, and reliability. The applicable NAICS Code is 541380 with a size standard of $19 Million in annual revenues or less. The Product Service Code (PSC) is H259 Equipment & Materials Testing: Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components.
