Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to CRFS Inc (CAGE Code: 6RN69)   2

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a non-competitive basis to CRFS, Inc. (CAGE Code: 6RN69). The required sole-source items are specific to CRFS. The period of performance for the IDIQ will be four (4) years. CRFS, Inc. required items to be included in the IDIQ are:
111 units (estimated) of P/N: NOD-EYE0004-SD1 RFeye node analyzer 100-18
111 units (estimated) of P/N: ACC-PSU0582 High Power POnE injector (100W)
Based on the approved Justification and Approval (J&A) (which will be posted after award), the agency has identified only one responsible source and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements.
The applicable NAICS Code is 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals, and the business size standard is 750 employees.
Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing that it can perform these services may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify its interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly demonstrate the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided.
