Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Contract – Corona Rings and Guy Insulators for Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) Code 75260   2

Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Austin Insulators Inc., dba Austin Navigation Systems, Div., to provide A-ST6018, A-S6018, and A-S8027 corona rings and insulators for the Navy's VLF/LF antenna at a Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NCTS).
This contract is anticipated to be awarded as Firmed-Fixed-Price purchase order with an anticipated contract award date of 28 January 2022.
The applicable NAICS Code is 334416 Capacitor, Resistor, Coil, Transformer, and Other Inductor Manufacturing, and the business size standard is 500 employees.
