Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition in Omaha, NE

Background
The U.S. Government, through the GSA Public Buildings Service, intends to award a succeeding lease for the Small Business Administration in Omaha, Nebraska. This lease is being pursued using other than full and open competition due to the expiration of an existing lease.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of office and related space yielding a minimum of 4,694 ANSI/BOMA warehouse area along with 3 adjacent parking spaces. Interested parties must submit expressions of interest that include detailed information such as:

- Building/site name and address
- Rentable square feet available with expected rental rates broken into Shell rent and Operating expense rent
- ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet offered with expected rental rates
- Date of space availability
- Building ownership information
- Amount and cost of on-site parking including government parking requirements
- Energy efficiency features including Energy Star rating
- List of building services provided
- A scale drawing or marketing brochure illustrating the proposed space or site layout
- Contact information for authorized representatives.

Additionally, if an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgment is required. The submission must also include Solicitation # 4NE0100.
