Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition

The U.S. Government intends to award a renewal lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Federal Railroad Administration that is expiring in Fort Worth, TX at 4100 International Plaza. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 5,067 ANSI/BOMA office area and 5 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
