Background
The U.S. Government, specifically the United States Department of Agriculture, intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition. This lease is for office space that will expire on March 31, 2028, and is located at the Redmond Municipal Airport in Redmond, OR.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of office space yielding a minimum of 5,890 ANSI/BOMA RSF area. The space must be located on airport property and be contiguous. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations may or may not be included as part of the rental consideration.

The minimum and maximum square footage (ABOA) required is 4,908.

Period of Performance
The lease will be effective until March 31, 2028.

Place of Performance
Redmond Municipal Airport, Redmond, OR.

Bidder Requirements
To submit a location for inspection, interested parties must contact the designated office by July 14, 2026. Submissions from parties other than the owner or manager of a property must include a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
