Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source- Live Scan Fingerprinting

**In accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(iii) please see the attached sole source justification.**

The Defense Logistics Agency intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Fieldprint, Inc. for Live Scan Fingerprinting services to be performed in all U.S. States, District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This acquisiton will use procedures contained within FAR Part 13.5.

The Government contemplates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561611 and the Product Service Code (PSC) is S211.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Interested parties have fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice to submit in writing to the identified point of contact clear and convincing evidence of their qualifications and/or capabilities. Reponses received after fifteen (15) days, with or without the required information, will be considered non-responsive to this notice and will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to conduct this effort as a full-and-open competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the Government's discretion. The Government will not reimburse for any expense incurred to respond to this notice.
