Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
The prior awards indicate a confirmed incumbent, Gerstel, with contracts valued at $190,000 (01/03/23–01/03/28) and $170,650 (07/17/24–07/21/26) for preventative maintenance and qualification services for GERSTEL MPS autosampler rails and solvent filling station. The current sole-source effort similarly covers preventative maintenance inspections, repair services, and technical support for GERSTEL Multipurpose Robotic Sampler Workstations, including OEM-required service activities, which appears to be a continuation of the same equipment-specific maintenance and support scope.
